90an Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 90an platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 90an platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 90an platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited;
- Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
90an reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is complete.
All users must be 18 years of age or older. 90an does not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 90an platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 90an will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, except where it can be proven to have resulted from a technical failure on our end.

Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 90an platform are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools to access or interfere with the platform;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another party to access your account;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
- Abusing promotions or offers on the platform in a manner that violates the applicable terms;
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without any compensation.
Payment Policy, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 90an platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not linked to any unlawful activities.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is RM10 via supported payment methods including FPX, Boost eWallet, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposit funds are credited to the user's account instantly upon successful transaction. 90an does not charge deposit fees; however, any fees imposed by the payment service provider are the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM30 to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 business hours. 90an reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed suspicious.
Transaction Liability Limit
90an is not liable for any losses arising from transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Users are advised not to deposit amounts beyond their financial means. In the event of a technical error that causes an account balance to be displayed incorrectly, 90an reserves the right to adjust the balance to the correct amount without prior notice.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 90an platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of 90an or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 90an.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 90an shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. 90an's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links
The 90an platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game software providers. 90an does not control the content or privacy policies of these parties and is not liable for any losses arising from your interactions with them. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
90an reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity, odds manipulation, use of unauthorised software, or any activity detrimental to the platform or other users will be closed immediately without compensation.
Any breach of the terms of use set out in this document may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure, depending on the severity of the breach.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with standard procedures within the stipulated timeframe.
Amendments & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
90an reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
